As a one stop shop for all injection moulded product requirements we pride ourseleves in being able to offer tool making, injection and assembly in a single facility.
Tool Making
From basic high volume basic structure tools through to sophisticated multi slider and 2K tools, we are able to produce any tool required for your project in house. Tools are manufactured to Euro standards with the option to use fully imported components and materials such as Formadur PH X Superclean from schmolz + bickenbach for steel and components from DME.
Injection Moulding
Located within a cGMP certified injection room are our latest generation Fanuc Roboshot Injection Moulding machines, ranging in size from 100T to 250T and all featuring fully automated part removal.
Assembly
We offer assembly of products ranging from basic hand assembly through to custom built fully automated solutions, designed by our in house automation and process engineering team. Assembly takes placed inside dedicated and purpose built cGMP and FSSC2200 certified assembly halls to maintain a high level of quality and cleanliness without incurring the high costs associated with full cleanroom production.
